How do I determine the correct shoe size for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our Fit Zone app to measure your child's feet accurately. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every two to three months.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on all unworn merchandise within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer express and overnight shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.
Are Stride Rite shoes machine washable?
Many of our styles are machine washable. Look for the 'Machine Washable' icon on the product page. For these shoes, wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry away from direct heat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Afterpay for interest-free installments.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, military addresses (APO/FPO), and U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
